Orders are eligible for store credit if returned to our Online Returns Department within 30 days of purchase.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.

Merchandise must have all tags, including any Olive A Dream hangtags, attached.

All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE.

Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit or exchange.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

How should I send my return back?

Please note, that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of the return is paid by you, the customer.

Securely repack your items
Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office OR visit www.USPS.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup. Please ship your return package to:
